Our farm is proudly Australian owned by Troy Marland who is a third generation mushroom farmer. Having started his keen interest in his teens working alongside his grandfather on the first farm, the tradition of Premium Quality Mushrooms has prevailed since 1947. Marland Mushrooms are committed to serving our customers only the freshest, tastiest premium quality mushrooms. Our mushroom farm located at Staplyton in SE Queensland is now a state of the art growing facility, with climate controlled growing rooms and one of the largest and most efficient hydroponic systems of its kind in Queensland. We embrace environmental sustainability with significant investment into solar power, recycling and waste minimisation for our operations.
